Coding Strategies Inc. Launches
On-Demand...A new training option for the specialty coding healthcare marketplace!

(Atlanta, GA, May 20, 2008) - Coding Strategies announces today the release of On-Demand, an online education tool that enables its users to deliver cost-effective training to an unlimited online audience. On-Demand features 1-hour audio/web-conferences that can be viewed at the client’s convenience, eliminating the need to plan around a specific date & time set by Coding Strategies. Participants receive up-to-date training without the need for expensive and time-consuming travel. There are no software programs to download or plug-ins required. Users only need access to the Internet to participate. On-Demand offers a compelling communications solution for coding and billing professionals for multiple specialties in organizations of all sizes.

As coding and compliance updates occur, the On-Demand sessions will be updated so that users will receive the most current information. CDs can become obsolete one day after purchase; On-Demand will always provide timely and accurate information. CSI's On-Demand is an exciting new product. “These unique web-conferences allow our clients to leverage their time. Everyone is being asked to do more in less time and it is hard to fit in education. latest courses for both Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology.
Under the leadership of the Coding Strategies, Inc. (CSI) Management team, Coding Metrix
offers a range of specialty online courses for healthcare professionals. Cindy C. Parman,
CPC, CPC-H, RCC, principal and co-founder of Coding Metrix & Coding Strategies states,
“Coding Metrix fills a gap for training and assessing the skills of specialty medical
coding professionals. The online courses and modules are provided in an easy-tounderstand

sessions." The Radiation Oncology Curriculum is a comprehensive training program that
provides users with in-depth information on radiation oncology procedures. Each Course

e-Learning system, designed to provide specialty training for medical coding! This unique online training program is unlike other programs that are generic in content. Individual - The Individual level allows users to purchase an entire curriculum or individual course(s). This level is ideal for anyone who wants to learn a new specialty, test their current knowledge, earn Continuing Education Units (CEU's) and learn from actual dictated reports (a real-world look at specialty coding)! Users will be given 30-90 days (depending on the course) to work through courses at their own speed. There is a required assessment to ensure comprehension and a certificate of completion for each course.
