CMS has updated the ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes associated with several National Coverage Determinations.  The code changes are found in Transmittal 1630, released February 26, 2016.  They will be implemented in Medicare claims processing systems on July 5, 2016, and they are effective for dates of service on or after July 1, 2016, unless otherwise noted.  In addition to the diagnosis code changes, there are also several procedure code changes.   To view a complete listing of the covered...
