As CEO of Coding Strategies, Inc. and Revenue Cycle Inc. Ron has more than 27 years in clinical, mid-level and executive level management, clinical experience and financial management. He is also a proven strategist in practice building, coding and documentation for both Part A and Part B reimbursement and has broad experience with marketing, operations, development and public relations.
Ron is active with ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, ACHE and several other groups whose missions forward the cause of oncology. He currently assists with the publication of the American College of Radiation Oncology Practice Management Guide, which serves to educate the oncology community as a whole.
Ron earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University a bachelor of science in health services administration from Weber State University, Utah and an associate's degree in radiography from MCC in Waco, Texas. His clinical and strong operational management experience assist in both short and long term goal achievement for hospitals and providers alike.
Melody W. Mulaik

Melody W. Mulaik is the President of Coding Strategies, Inc. and Revenue Cycle, Inc. She is a frequent speaker and author for nationally recognized professional organizations and publications. Melody's areas of expertise include coding and compliance, management engineering, and operations improvement and she is nationally recognized for her extensive radiology expertise.
Melody often speaks at national conferences on many topics including Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology coding, Internal Audit Program Development, Coding Compliance and other healthcare compliance issues. Recent speaking engagements include the AHRA: The Association for Imaging Management, Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), Healthcare Billing Management Association (HBMA) and the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). Melody is the AHRA liaison to the American College of Radiology (ACR) Economics Commission.
Melody holds a Master of Science in Health Systems (MSHS) degree and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (BIE) degree, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), in Atlanta, Georgia. She also holds the professional certification of Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Coder - Hospital (CPC-H) and Radiology Certified Coder (RCC). Melody has achieved Fellow status with the AHRA (FAHRA) is a recent recipient of the prestigious AHRA Gold Award for her organizational and industry contributions.

Cindy C. Parman is Executive Vice President of Coding Strategies, Inc. and Revenue Cycle, Inc. Cindy is a Past‐President of the National Advisory Board for the American Academy of Professional Coders and a former chair of SROA’s Communications Committee. Cindy is a regular presenter at the national meetings for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA), the National Health Care Antifraud Association (NHCAA), Georgia Society of Clinical Oncology (GASCO), the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), the Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (SATRO), Southern Association of Oncology Practices (SOAP) and state Oncology Societies.
Cindy authors the compliance column for Oncology Issues, the news magazine of the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC). Her areas of expertise include physician and hospital medical coding and multispecialty coding audits. Cindy has authored Coding Strategies’ Navigator® for Radiation Oncology, Navigator® for Medical Oncology, Hematology and Infusion Centers, Navigator® for Radiation Oncology Compliance, Navigator® for Oncology Diagnosis Coding and Navigator® for Brachytherapy. She is a highly-sought-after national speaker on a variety of coding and compliance topics including radiation oncology coding, infusion center coding, nonphysician practitioners, internal auditing, managed care contracting, data mining for correct coding, billing clinical trial services, ICD10CM and medical necessity.
Her professional career in healthcare includes 20 years of commercial group health insurance experience, where she managed claims processing and customer service and worked as a healthcare consultant. Cindy was also the former National Director of Coding and Billing Operations for a large national physician practice management organization. Cindy holds the professional certifications of Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Coder ‐ Hospital (CPC‐H) and Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) and is an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Instructor.

As Vice President of Product Development, Jackie Miller is responsible for overseeing the development of our educational products.
Prior to joining Coding Strategies, Inc., Jackie served as a coding consultant, as director of regulatory affairs for a large medical billing company and as a health information manager at several acute care hospitals. She has many years of experience with procedure and diagnosis coding, and she has performed coding audits for hospitals and physicians, designed and administered coding training programs, and developed physician practice compliance plans.
Jackie’s articles on coding and compliance topics have appeared in many publications, including the Journal of AHIMA, HBMA Billing, Radiology Management, and MGMA Connexion. She is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), a Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-Based (CCS-P), and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She is also an AHIMA approved ICD-10-CM trainer.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in biology, Magna Cum Laude, from Bates College, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned a certificate in Health Information Management from Stephens College.
